Method of Registration |

All participants are advised to register in advance, before August 31, 2005, to enjoy the pre-registration discount. On-line registration is strongly recommended.
A discounted registration fee is applicable for those who register by August 31, 2005.

Confirmation of Registration |

The Organizing Committee will send a confirmation slip of registration by e-mail when the |

registration form and appropriate fees are received. Those who register must keep a copy of the registration form for their reference and submit a confirmation letter, which will be given by the Organizing |

Cancellation & Refund Policy |

All refunds will be made after the congress and bank service charges will be deducted from the |
| |
refunded amount. |

Cancellation by Sep. 20, 2005, full refund and after Sep. 20, 2005, no refund. |
